Senior Soil Scientist
Gill Shaw is a Chartered Scientist with over 37 years of experience in government and consultancy. A national authority on Agricultural Land Classification (ALC), land evaluation, soil protection and restoration, she has extensive experience in field surveys, soil management and restoration plans, as well as reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) statements and minerals aftercare plans. Her breadth of experience enables her to provide a holistic approach to ALC and wider soil consultancy services for our clients.
Gill is also an established ALC trainer and contributor to technical guidance, supporting the continued development and application of best practice in the field.
