Tim O’Hare has worked with the TOPSOIL team for over 20 years as a technical advisor. He assisted with the design of the initial soil conditioning process and subsequently with the development of different topsoil products.
A Topsoil Manual was written for each production manager with information on sampling protocols, testing schedules and accreditations, guidance notes on current standards and a glossary of soil science terms.
Tim O’Hare Associates continues to provide an independent topsoil testing service for the entire TOPSOIL production process, in accordance with the requirements of the British Standard for Topsoil (BS3882:2015). This includes the provision of soil analysis certificates, a Declaration of Analysis and fully interpretive reports with advice and recommendations.
